About the role
GeoProcure connects producers, industrial buyers and commercial partners across international raw-material markets. As we expand our presence in Spanish-speaking markets, we are looking for a commercially minded Business Development Manager who can identify opportunities, build trusted relationships and develop sustainable market entry strategies. This position is suited to someone who understands international B2B markets, communicates confidently across cultures and is motivated by building new business from the ground up.
Your responsibilities
- Identify, assess and develop new business opportunities across Spanish-speaking markets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective customers, producers, distributors and trading partners
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, demand patterns and commercial opportunities
- Develop practical market-entry and business-development strategies
- Represent GeoProcure in international meetings, negotiations and relevant market activities
- Prepare commercial proposals and support contract and pricing discussions
- Maintain a structured business-development pipeline and provide clear internal updates
- Work closely with the sales, trading, operations and compliance functions to support the successful execution of opportunities
Your profile
- Degree in business administration, economics, international trade or a comparable qualification
- Several years of relevant experience in business development, international sales or market expansion
- Experience in commodity trading, brokerage, industrial products, financial services or a related B2B sector is advantageous
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- German language skills are an advantage
- Strong intercultural awareness and confident negotiation skills
- Structured, independent and commercially focused working style
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to travel when required

To strengthen our activities in the Italian market, we are looking for a Sales and Account Manager who can develop new customer relationships while providing structured and reliable support to existing commercial partners. This role combines active B2B sales, account development and commercial coordination.
Your responsibilities
- Develop new B2B customers and commercial opportunities in the Italian market
- Present GeoProcure's sourcing, brokerage and market-access services to prospective customers
- Manage, support and strategically develop existing customer relationships
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into clear commercial opportunities
- Prepare and conduct customer meetings, presentations and market updates
- Support pricing, contract and commercial-term negotiations
- Monitor relevant market and competitor developments
- Maintain accurate account information, commercial follow-ups and sales-pipeline records
- Coordinate closely with business development, trading, operations and compliance colleagues
Your profile
- Commercial qualification or degree in business administration, sales, economics or a related field
- Demonstrable experience in B2B sales or account management
- Experience in commodity trading, brokerage, industrial products, financial services or international trade is advantageous

About the role
Reliable logistics and accurate documentation are essential to international commodity transactions. We are looking for a Logistics and Operations Manager to coordinate cross-border shipments, documentation and operational communication with partners in Arabic-speaking markets. This position requires strong organisational judgement, attention to detail and the ability to maintain control of several operational workstreams at the same time.
Your responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and monitor international sea, land and, where required, air-freight processes
- Coordinate raw-material shipments from commercial confirmation through to delivery
- Work with shipping lines, freight forwarders, warehouses, inspection providers, customs representatives and other service partners
- Monitor shipment schedules, milestones and documentation deadlines
- Prepare, review and coordinate relevant shipping and customs documents
- Support the handling of letters of credit, certificates of origin, bills of lading and other transaction documents
- Coordinate operational requirements with customers, suppliers and internal teams
- Identify potential delays, documentation issues and operational risks at an early stage
- Maintain clear shipment records and provide structured status updates
- Work closely with trading, sales and compliance colleagues to support reliable transaction execution
Your profile
- Degree in logistics, supply-chain management, international trade or a comparable qualification
- Alternatively, a relevant commercial or freight-forwarding qualification
- Several years of experience in international logistics, shipping, freight forwarding or trade operations
- Experience in commodity trading, bulk materials or industrial supply chains is advantageous
- Good working knowledge of customs processes, international trade documentation and current Incoterms
- Professional fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
- German language skills are an advantage
- Strong organisational skills and a careful, structured working style
- Ability to remain solution-oriented under operational pressure
- Confident communication with international partners and service providers
