Raw material sourcing and market access for industry

Our primary focus is the European market. For European customers, we currently identify and qualify supply sources particularly in Africa and the Middle East. At the same time, we support European producers and suppliers in positioning their products in these regions and identifying suitable buyers and distribution partners.

This allows us to work on both sides of the value chain: international sourcing for companies with defined procurement requirements and sales-oriented market development for suppliers with suitable products and production capacity.

Depending on the mandate, we support the process from the identification and qualification of potential business partners through commercial coordination and into contractual and operational implementation. This includes coordinating contracts and trade documentation, letters of credit, freight and logistics, and the agreed payment and settlement processes.

Our objective is to structure international commercial relationships clearly, reduce information gaps and establish defined responsibilities between the parties involved. We place particular importance on transparent communication, traceable documentation and the careful assessment of potential business partners.

We work with procurement, sales, trading and compliance professionals across the fertiliser, chemical, steel and glass industries, as well as with specialised importers and distributors within and beyond the European Union.

Our international in-house team works in German, English, French, Arabic and Italian. As our team grows, we continue to expand both our linguistic capabilities and our regional market coverage.
